目的:探讨创新型实验中心的建设以及在护理教学中的作用。方法:分析传统护理学实验室基础条件、教育理念以及管理体系现状,根据护理学专业发展的特点,结合临床实际需求,提出创新型实验中心建设的方法和途径。结果:创新型实验中心的建设应从护理学实验中心的硬件设施、管理体系、实验项目、教学方法及师资队伍等方面进行改革、创新。结论:创新型实验中心的建设使护理学实验教学质量提高,可以促进护理教学的发展。

Objective： To explore the role of innovative experiment center construction in nursing teaching. Methods： By analysis the traditional Nursing laboratory conditions, education concept relatively backward and management system. According to the characteristics of the nursing professional development combined with the clinical actual demand, put forward the method and way of innovative experiment center construction. Results： The innovative experiment center construction not only depends on the reform and innovation of the hard ware, scientific management system, but also on the innovative experiment, teaching method and the construction of teachers. Conclusion： Innovating experiment center construction promote the nursing experimental teaching quality and the development of nursing teaching.
