米格列醇的临床不良反应及合理用药

Clinical adverse reactions of miglitol and rational administration

目的分析米格列醇不良反应(ADR)发生的类型及特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法系统回顾国内外近十年来有关米格列醇不良反应的文献报道。结果米格列醇的不良反应主要为肠壁囊样积气症,低血糖,胃肠道反应和皮疹。结论临床医师及药师应重视米格列醇的不良反应,以保证患者用药安全。

Objective To analyze the types and clinical features of adverse drug reactions of miglitol,and to provide useful reference for rational administration in the clinic.Methods Case reports and literatures about miglitolinduced ADR both at home and abroad in recent ten years were reviewed systematically.Results The main clinical adverse reactions represented as pneumatosis cystoides intestinalis,hypoglycemia,gastrointestinal disorders and rash.Conclusion Clinicists and pharmacists should attach great importance to ADRs of miglitol to assure rational administration in patients.
