米诺环素胶囊联合裸花紫珠胶囊治疗口周皮炎疗效观察

Efficacy on perioral dermatitis treated by folium callicarpae nudiflorae capsules combined with minocycline

目的观察裸花紫珠胶囊联合米诺环素治疗口周皮炎的临床疗效。方法将219例口周皮炎患者随机分为治疗组(n=110)及对照组(n=109),治疗组予口服米诺环素胶囊50 mg,每天2次,裸花紫珠胶囊3粒,每天3次,连续服用6周。对照组单纯口服米诺环素,用法同治疗组。分别于第2、4、6周观察两组疗效及不良反应。结果治疗第2、4、6周,治疗组总有效率为64.4%、85.2%、90.0%,对照组为43.0%、62.4%、73.8%,前者均显著高于后者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组均未见明显不良反应。结论米诺环素联合裸花紫珠胶囊治疗提高了口周皮炎治疗的临床疗效。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of folium callicarpae nudiflorae capsules combined with minocycline in the treatment of perioral dermatitis.Methods 219 patients with perioral dermatitis were divided into two groups.Treatment group（n = 110） was treated with minocycline combined with folium callicarpae nudiflorae capsules,while control group（n = 109） was treated with minocycline only.Both groups were treated for 6 weeks.Then an evaluation was made by comparing the curative effect and adverse reaction after 2,4,6 weeks treatment.Results After 2,4,6 weeks treatment,the efficient rate of treatment group was 64.4%,85.2%,90.0% respectively,which were all significantly higher than those of control group（43.0%,62.4%,73.8% respective,P〈 0.01）.No adverse event was reported.Conclusion Compared with the single minocycline,combined therapy of minocycline and folium callicarpae nudiflorae capsules can improve efficacy significantly in treatment of perioral dermatitis.
