目的探讨静脉用药集中调配中心(PIVAS)流程中细胞毒性药物管理的措施和方法。方法通过对细胞毒性药物在PIVAS的工作流程中管理措施的分析,说明细胞毒性药物安全使用管理的重要性。结果通过信息化管理和有效的管理制度的实施,降低了细胞毒性药物差错的发生。结论通过细胞毒性药物的管理,不仅提高了医护人员的职业防护,而且确保了细胞毒性药物临床使用的安全、有效。

Objective To explore the measures and methods of cytotoxic agents in PIVAS.Methods The importance of management and safe use of cytotoxic agents were described through the analysis of the agents management in the PIVAS.Results The occurrence of cytotoxic agents mistake was reduced through the implementation of information management and effective management system.Conclusion The management of cytotoxic agents could not only improve the occupation protection for medical staff,but also ensure the safety and effectiveness in the management of cytotoxic agents.
