集约用地的两个水平和五个阶段——节约集约用地基本理论问题探讨之三

Introduction of Two Levels and Five Stages in an Effort to Promote Intensive Land Use——The Basic Theoretical Issues Regarding Use Land Economically and Intensively

文章从报酬递减规律和报酬递增规律的研究认识出发,立足集约用地的基本内涵,将集约用地划分为物理累积的初级集约和提升强度的次级集约;同时按照集约化评价的基本构成要素劳动、资本、技术的组合关系,将集约用地从低级到高级划分为五个阶段:实物型、机械型、技术型、智慧型和艺术型,且阶段之间的转换具有部分交叉和过渡性。

Starting with a view of law of diminishing return, as well as the law of increasing returns, this paper divides intensive land use into two levels-------primary intensive in which something is accumulated physically, and the secondary intensive in which the strength can be promoted by adopting basic implications of intensive land use. At the same time, in line with the combination of labor, capital and technology which are the basic composition elements of intensive evaluation, this paper also divides intensive land use into ifve stages from low level to high level：material-based, machine type, technology, smart and artistic type;and there is partial overlaps and transitivity in the transformation between stages.
