摘要
由于行业声望低、择业意愿偏差、人才培养意识薄弱等原因,导致我国地勘行业人才总量不足,地勘队伍负担较重;人才结构不合理,配置严重失衡;项目负责人紧缺,复合型人才稀缺。地勘行业人才培养对策:深化结构调整和体制改革,在用人机制上实现制度创新;建立科学的人才培养机制,打造具有地勘行业特色的人才队伍;适应市场经济,创新地勘队伍人才建设的激励机制;重视地勘行业宣传,加强地勘文化建设。
A low prestige, poor outlooks on career choice, and weak talent training consciousness has been the constituents of the basic conditions of China’s geological prospecting industry. These problems have resulted in the facts that the total talent is shortage in geological prospecting industry; the burden of geological prospecting team is heavy; the composition of trained personnel is unreasonable, and talent allocation is imbalance;shortage of project leaders and the compound talents are becoming challenging. In response to this, this paper offers some countermeasures for training talents. These include: we need to deepen our efforts to restructure our economy and make a system reform. System innovation must be the focus of our efforts to underpin employment mechanism. In order to build talent team with the characteristic of the geological exploration industry, we need to set up scientiifc mechanism of talent training. At the same time, an incentive mechanism of developing the talents through innovation must adapt to the need of market economy. We must lay emphasis on propaganda to boost geological exploration culture construction.
