Clusterin在庆大霉素诱导的急性肾损伤大鼠模型中的表达及诊断意义

摘要 Clusterin 是体内一种异二聚体糖蛋白，最初见于公羊睾丸液，作用为促细胞聚集。其后陆续研究发现 Clusterin 参与许多重要生理过程：细胞周期调控、DNA 的损伤修复和组织修复等，具有辅助生殖、脂质转运、抑制补体介导的细胞免疫等功能［1］，还与调控细胞凋亡有关［2］。
