急性心肌梗死患者肾功能状态及院内预后的关系研究
摘要
急性心肌梗死（AMI）患者合并肾功能不全时的临床预后问题一直受到心血管医生的普遍关注。AMI 分为 ST 段抬高型心梗（STEMI）、非 ST 段抬高型心梗（NSTEMI）。肾功能的评价指标临床上多采用肌酐（Cr）、肾小球滤过率（GFR）。
