服装专卖店情调体验的影响因素及其模型构建

摘要 在相关文献综述基础上,运用定性与定量方法,对服装专卖店情调体验的影响因素进行研究发现,服装专卖店情调体验取决于八个维度因素:员工的语调,(店内)色调、曲调与格调,商店秩序与便利性,企业的论调,产品的品调,行为的步调,顾客的情绪,优惠活动。基于上述发现,构建了服装专卖店情调体验影响因素八维模型。该研究模型的构建不仅对服装专卖店进行情调设计有较强的指导作用,而且对其它零售业态也有一定的参考与借鉴价值。
