摘要
本文通过研究表明,案例高校人才培养目标定位整体绩效有待提升,同时存在定位过程民主参与程度低、定位与经济社会发展和高校办学条件契合程度较低、定位实施不深入、定位效果不显著及定位前景预期不理性等问题。提升高校定位绩效水平,需制定和实施完善定位工作的"一揽子方案",加强民主建设,确立多方参与制度,确保定位深入普及,立足现实条件,面向社会需求,合理定位,建立定位评价与监督机制,保障定位深入落实,科学应用,提升定位价值,客观理性看待定位前景,确保定位切实落实。
The research shows that the overall performance of the personnel training objectives positioning of the two universities in our case need to be promoted, and there exist the problems of low degree of the democratic participation in the process of positioning, the low degree of the coincidence between the positioning and the universities" conditions as well as coincidence between positioning and economic and social development, the lack of depth in the positioning implementation, the effectiveness of positioning, and the irrationality in the positioning prospect anticipation. To improve the level of the positioning performance, we need to formulate and implement "a package program" of improving the positioning work, strengthening the democracy construction, establishing the system of multiparty positioning, ensuring positioning further popularization, considering the realistic condition, catering to the social demands, orienting the position rationally, building the supervision and evaluation mechanism, securing the in-depth implementation of positioning, applying the positioning scientifically, improving the benefit and value of the positioning, regarding the positioning prospect objectively and rationally, and facilitating the realization of positioning tangibly.
