摘要
现代研究型大学精英教育要追求"质"的规定性,担当起培养社会精英的使命。而要实现这一目标,就需要从严格的入学及学业标准、卓越的教师队伍建设、高水平的教学质量、精英化的学科发展规划以及一流的创收与筹资能力等几个方面加强自身建设。
The elite education in modern research oriented universities needs to pursuit high education quality, and retake the mission of cultivating social elite. To achieve this goal, we need to strict admissions and academic standards, build high level of teaching quality and establish excellent plans of discipline development.
