电化学生物传感器在农药残留检测中的应用研究进展

Research progress in application of electrochemical biosensor in determination of pesticide residues

农药残留问题已对环境和人类健康造成严重威胁。因此,建立快速、灵敏、高效的农药残留检测方法势在必行。电化学生物传感器具有灵敏度高、选择性好、操作简便、成本低等诸多优点在分析领域有着广泛的应用。对农药残留检测中的样品前处理技术及电化学生物传感器应用的国内外最新进展进行了总结。

Pesticide residues have brought serious threat to the environment and human health. Therefore, it is imperative to develop a rapid, sensitive and efficient method for detection of the pesticide residues. With the advantages of good sensitive, selective, convenient and low cost, electrochemical biosensors have been widely used in the analytical field. The sample pretreatment methods and the recent develop ment of electrochemical biosensor application in pesticide residues detection were reviewed.
