我国医学生国际化视野培养模式的探讨

"国际化"是当今高等教育研究的焦点和趋势,这不仅为医学院校的发展提供了前所未有的机遇,同时也带来了强有力的挑战。"如何培养出具备国际化视野的医学生"已成为我国各大医学院校深入探讨的课题,并且许多高校已经积极开展了各项推进工作并取得了初步成效。本文作者结合我国几所医学院校的实际情况,围绕"课程、学生、教师"等方面阐述分析了如何通过创新医学教学模式、接轨国际评价标准、建设国际化师资队伍、接受国际专业认证等教育改革举措,为我国的医学高等教育与国际接轨,培养出具有国际化视野和跨国诊疗能力的医学人才做出贡献。

It not only pro- vides unprecedented opportunities for development of medical university, but also brings a strong challenge. ＂How to train the medical students with international vision＂ becomes a theme worth discussing deeply in major medical universities. Many colleges and universities have actively carried out various propulsion works and achieved initial achievement. In this paper, based on the actual situation of several medical universities in our country, around ＂curriculum, students, teachers＂ and other as- pects, we analyzed and expounded how to through the innovation of medical teaching mode, line with the international evaluation standard, building an international teaching staff, to accept the international professional certification etc. education reform measures,link the higher education in our country and the international community. To train medical talents with international vision and multinational clinical ability.
