摘要
高等教育的核心是人才的培养质量,研究生综合素质是研究生人才培养质量的体现,人才的培养模式决定了人才的培养质量。从医学学科的实践出发,针对不同专业学生,开展个性化教学及培养,使研究生的能量得到充分发挥;建立和完善研究生教学、科研及临床多方面系统培养教育模式,使研究生具备多方位就业选择;改革研究生课程教学方式,培养其创新思维;实验室全天候开放,充分利用有利条件,提高研究生的实际动手能力。
