高台县5472名儿童利用3M窝沟封闭剂预防龋齿效果分析

Analysis on 5 472 Children with 3M of Pit and Fissure Sealant in the Prevention of Dental Caries Effect in Gaotai County

目的对5472名儿童窝沟封闭剂预防龋齿的效果进行分析。方法于2010---2013对高台县5472名7～9岁的学生利用3M窝沟封闭剂对第一恒磨牙进行窝沟封闭，按时复查封闭剂脱落情况。结果通过连续4年按时复查，3个月、6个月、12个月、24个月和36个月后封闭剂平均脱落率分别为1．92％、2．68％、5．47％、8．31％和12．36％。结论我县利用3M窝沟封闭剂进行窝沟封闭，脱落率低、效果肯定，能够有效预防儿童龋齿发生，对保护儿童口腔健康起到了良好的效果。

OBJECTIVE To prevent dental caries of pit and fissure sealant on 5 472 children and effect analysis. METHODS 5 472 7 - 9 years old students use 3M pit and fissure sealant on the first permanent molar of pit and fissure sealant loss situation, timely re- view from 2010 to 2013 in Gaotai County. RESULTS 4 consecutive years by timely review, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, 24 months and 36 months after the average loss rate of sealant were 1.92%, 2.68%, 5.47%, 8.31% and 12.36%. CONCLUSION The county to use 3M pit and fissure sealant of pit and fissure sealant, low loss rate, positive effect, could effectively prevent the occur- rence of dental caries in children, to good effect on the protection of children＇ s oral health.
