山东省农村地区高血压患者就医行为研究

Study of the Rural Hypertensive Patients' Medical Care Seeking Behaviors in Shandong Province

目的研究山东地区农村高血压患者的就医方式及就诊机构选择的现状,为促进农村高血压患者科学、合理就医以及卫生资源的合理利用提供建议。方法采用面对面问卷调查的方法,收集数据,运用Excel整理数据,采用SPSS 18.0分析数据。结果在调查的5 363名农村高血压患者中,有5.95%的患者选择自我医疗,还有16.91%的患者未进行治疗。对于医疗机构的选择,大部分患者选择将村卫生室作为诊断、门诊及复查机构。结论应科学指导高血压患者选择正确的就医方式;患者对于乡村两级医疗卫生机构的利用水平有所提高,特别是村卫生室,建议提高村卫生室设备及人员技术水平,进一步指导患者更合理的选择医疗机构,促进卫生资源的合理使用。

OBJECTIVE To study the current situation of rural hypertensive patients＇ choice of medical treatment way and institutions in Shandong Province and provide suggestions on the management of rural hypertensive patients, promoting the better medical treat- ment behaviors and rational utilization of medical resources. METHODS Using face to face questionnaire survey to collect data. Sys- temizing the data though Excel and analyzing the data by SPSS 18.0. RESULTS Among the 5 363 rural hypertension patients, 5.95% of them prefer to choose the method of self-medication and 16.91% of them do not seek for medical service. Most of the patients choose village clinics to seek medical service. CONCLUSION The rural hypertensive patients＇ medical treatment behaviors is more and more reasonable in Shandong province, but future work still need to improve the level of choice in medical treatment way; the lev- el of utilization of basic medical resources is improved, especially for the utilization of village. It is suggested that the equipments of village clinics and the professional level of medical personnel need to improve to promote the patients take reasonable medical treatment behavior and the more rational use of medical resources.
