摘要
用体积换算分析法计算组合模具挤压的铝合金管材模腔料长度,并确定其位置。通过改进挤压及锯切方式,调整挤压过程中的停顿方式,让停顿痕处于锯切位置,使模腔料处在制品的末端,在不影响生产效率的前提下切除模腔料,达到提高产品成材率及保证产品质量的目的。
The length of the die cavity of aluminum alloy pipes extruded by the combination die was calculated with the method of volume conversion analysis, and its position was determined. The extrusion and cutting way was improved and the pause manner was adjusted to place the pause mark on the position of cutting. The cavity stood at the end of the product so that it could be cut off, not affecting the production efficiency and enhancing the product yield and ensuring the quality.
