摘要
给出了一种具有轴-径双向通风冷却系统的感应发电机定转子温度场的计算方法。根据其电磁及冷却结构上的对称性,结合适当的假设,建立了样机半个轴向段的全域物理模型,计算得到了样机在额定运行状况下,稳态全域温度分布情况。并由此模型,进一步研究了冷却水流量和散热筋数量改变情况下的稳态全域温度分布。得到了定转子温升随冷却水流量和散热筋数量变化的一般规律。
A calculation method for induction generator stator thermal field of axial-radial ventilation cooling system is proposed in this paper. According to its symmetry in electromagnetic structure and cooling structure, the physical model of a half-axial segment is established under suitable assumption, steady temperature distribution under rated operation can be calculated. And by this model, steady temperature distribution of changed cooling water flow and number of cooling-ribs are further studied. General rules of change that stator-rotor temperature rise along with the variation of the cooling water flow and number of cooling-ribs can be obtained.
