摘要
为了解决发电机滑动轴承温升高的问题,分析了滑动轴承温升高产生的原因,并介绍了发电机旋转力矩产生的轴向力影响,通过试验总结出解决与消除轴承温升高的方法,并确定了更适合滑动轴承发电机的装配工艺,该方法在生产中得到验证。
In order to solve the problem of high bearing temperature of the sliding bearing generator, cause of high temperature of the sliding bearing is analyzed, and impact of axial force produced by motor running torque is introduced, through the test, solution and reduce method of high temperature of the bearing are summarized, also determined that assembly technique is more suitable for the sliding gearing generator, this method is verified in the production.
