The refinement management in Shenbao open-pit coal mine

为进一步提高露天矿管理水平,提升整体生产效率,充分挖掘产能,神宝露天矿从2013年3月份启动开展了精细化管理活动,全面推行精细化管理工作。精细化管理设计到以下6个方面:生产组织、材料消耗、队伍能力建设、现场管理、科技创新、知识系统管理以及文化建设。

To further improve the management level of open-pit mine, advance the whole production efficiency and fully excavatemining capacity, Shenbao open-pit mine carried out the refinement management activities and implemented refinement managementwork in March, 2013. Refinement management involves the following six aspects： production organization, material consumption,team ability construction, site management, technology innovation, knowledge system management and culture construction.
