摘要
系统分析我国煤炭企业传统的以生产为中心的产销式商业模式的形式,产生背景和特点,指出这种单一化经营在当前市场变化条件下的弊端和革新的迫切性。借鉴鲁尔集团和法国煤炭公司多元化、国际化改革经验,结合中国煤炭企业现状提出中国煤炭企业商业模式创新的突破点在于煤基多元化的跨国经营、深化煤化工的产业链延伸和发展新能源。
The article analyzes the traditional production and marketing business model form, background and characteristics inChina coal enterprises, with production as center. In the current market conditions, it points out the disadvantage of singleoperation and the urgency of reform. Using the diversification, internationalization reform experience of Lu'er Group and Francecoal companies for reference and combining China coal enterprises status, the article proposes that the breakthrough of China coalenterprises business mode innovation lies in the coal basement diversified multinational operation, the coal chemical industry chainextension and new energy development.
