他汀类药物对轻度低密度脂蛋白胆固醇升高的高血压患者颈动脉粥样硬化的影响

The Influence of Statins on Carotid Atherosclerosis in Hypertensive Patients with Mild Cholesterol Elevation

目的：评价他汀类药物对轻度低密度脂蛋白胆固醇升高的高血压患者颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的影响。方法：将72例经超声检查发现颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的高血压患者随机分为两组,治疗组36例及对照组36例,治疗组在常规降压药物基础上加用他汀类药物,对照组仅常规应用降压药物。入组时两组患者低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）为2.7~3.7 mmol/L。观察入组时和治疗后6个月两组颈动脉斑块大小、颈动脉内膜中层厚度（IMT）及血脂变化。结果：他汀类药物治疗6个月后颈动脉粥样斑块缩小、IMT变薄（P〈0.05）。结论：他汀类药物可有效消退轻度胆固醇升高的高血压患者颈动脉粥样硬化斑块,降低血脂。

Absract：Objective To evaluate the the influence of statins on carotid atherosclerosis in hypertensive patients with mild cholesterol elevation.Methods The 72 selected cases who were patients with carotid artery atherosclerotic plagues were randomly divided into treatment group（n=36）,and control group（n=36）.The treatment group was given statins combined with conventional antihypertensive medications,the control group was only given conventional antihypertensive medications.The two groups were low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL- C） 2.7~3.7 mmol/L,The blood-lipid level,carotid artery plaque size and intima-media thickness（IMT） were measured at the before and after treatment in two groups.Results After 6 months of treatment,the levels of IMT and area of carotid atheroscleratic plaque decreased significantly.Conclusion Statins can lower blood-lipid level and effectively resolve slightly elevated cholesterol in hypertensive patients carotid atherosclerotic plaques effectively.
