具有公安院校特色的学生管理与思想教育工作越来越重要,学管干部针对学生管理中存在的问题,应加强政治建警,培养学生职业道德和社会责任;"严"字当头,严格训练、纪律和学风;变"管"为"理",实行人性化管理;提升自我,加强管理队伍建设。

Student management and ideological education in public security colleges are more and more important. Cadres who care about the problems in student management, should im-prove the students＇ political education, and develop their profes-sional ethics and social responsibility. It is necessary to be strict at training, discipline and study. We need to change our mind from government to management, put human management into practice, and at the same time, improve ourselves and strengthen the construction of management teams.
