高校辅导员工作的思考

Reflections on the Work of University Counselors

辅导员是高等学校全面负责学生思想、学习、生活等工作的教师,是学校办学思想的贯彻者,是沟通学校、家长和社会的桥梁,是培养有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律的社会主义接班人的良师益友。辅导员起到管理、教育和指导作用。做好辅导员工作,要正确认识辅导员工作的重要性,准确把握辅导员工作主体的变化,正确处理辅导员工作中的几种关系。

Counselors are teachers fully responsible for students＇ ideology, learning and life in colleges and universities, imple-menters of university educational thought, the bridge among uni-versities, families and society, as well as beneficial friends for the cultivation of socialist successors with ideals, morality, cultural knowledge and disciplines. Counselors play a role of manage-ment, education and guidance. To well implement the work of counselors, its importance should first be recognized, and be-sides, the change of the working subject should be accurately grasped and several relations should be correctly handled.
