“知己”和“知彼”的大学教学

摘要 文中分析了大学教师评估体制不完善所引发的矛盾,突出教师主动教学的重要性,并通过揭示大学教师教学技能的问题,说明主动提高教学水平和主动接受培训的必要性。文中还就如何实现主动教学和提高教学水平,详细分析和比较了几种教学方法,介绍了多种寻求教学反馈的途径,提出了教师要通过"知己"和"知彼"来选择合适的授课方法,通过不断反馈来改进教学方法,最终达到高水平教学的层次。 Self-contradict problem caused by the imperfect eval-uation system of university teacher is analyzed in this paper. The importance of the teacher's active teaching is emphasized, and the necessity of improving the teaching level and accepting the training on one's own initiative is illustrated by uncovering the teaching skill and ability problems of the university teacher. About how to carry out active teaching and improving teaching level, this paper detailedly analyzes and compares a few teaching methods, introduces a variety of paths for teaching feedback, and puts forward that the teacher should know one's own situation and that of students to choose the appropriate teaching methods. The final purpose of high teaching level can be attained by continually improving the teaching method through feedback.
