Self-contradict problem caused by the imperfect eval-uation system of university teacher is analyzed in this paper. The importance of the teacher＇s active teaching is emphasized, and the necessity of improving the teaching level and accepting the training on one＇s own initiative is illustrated by uncovering the teaching skill and ability problems of the university teacher. About how to carry out active teaching and improving teaching level, this paper detailedly analyzes and compares a few teaching methods, introduces a variety of paths for teaching feedback, and puts forward that the teacher should know one＇s own situation and that of students to choose the appropriate teaching methods. The final purpose of high teaching level can be attained by continually improving the teaching method through feedback.
