伴随着我国社会经济的不断发展,电气行业与企业要求电气专业技能人才的职业能力相应提高,因此中职培养人才的目标与要求也要根据岗位职业能力需要进行大力度调整和高标准的提高。在电气专业教学的实训课教学中,要求教师采取有效的教学策略与方法,不断地培养学生的职业能力,进一步促进了学生的良好发展和进步。本文针对于电气专业实训教学课中学生职业能力的培养进行了具体的分析和研究,希望通过本文的探讨,能够为相关方面的研究提供理论性的参考。

With the continuous development of China＇s economy, the requirements of electrical industry and enterprises for electri-cal talents are also raised accordingly, so the objectives and re-quirements of secondary vocational talent cultivation also need great adjustment and improvement in accordance with the needs of occupational abilities. In the training teaching of electrical professional teaching, teachers are required to take effective teaching strategies and methods, and constantly develop students＇ professional competence, so as to further promote the sound de-velopment and progress of students. This paper conducted a de-tailed analysis and research on the cultivation of students＇ profes-sional competence in electrical professional training course, hop-ing to provide theoretical reference for relevant studies.
