高校突发公共事件信息传播控制要素分析——基于加权小世界网络理论

Analysis on the Controlling Factors of Information Transmission under Public Emergency in Colleges: Based on the Theory of Weighted Small-World Network Theory

本文从高校突发公共事件的定义和特性出发,结合加权小世界网络理论的前端观点,探讨了高校内突发公共事件中信息传播的特性,通过小世界网络理论中的聚类系数和特征关系长度等要素,分析并得出了通过对信息传播速度、信息传播渠道和信息传播媒介三方面的要素控制来达到高校突发公共事件信息传播控制的目的,从而为高校突发公共事件的处理提供策略支持。

This article is based on the definition and characteris-tics of public emergency situation in colleges, combined with new points of Weighted Small-world Network Theory. It explored the characteristics of information expansion in public emergency sit-uation, and also by analyzing correlation of clustering coefficients and feature relationship length, we get to the conclusion that by controlling the speed,channels and media of information trans-mission, it is possible to control the information transmission un-der public emergency in colleges, therefore give strategy support to management under public emergency situation in colleges.
