浅析高职院校青年教师职业能力培养

A Brief Analysis on the Cultivation of Youth Teachers' Professional Capability in Higher Vocational Colleges

随着高职教育的深入发展和办学规模的迅速扩大,大量青年教师的职业能力培养问题关系着高职教育的质量和高职院校的未来发展。本文在对高职院校青年教师职业能力构成的分析基础之上,阐释了青年教师普遍存在的对高职教育了解甚微、对教学方式和教学方法了解不足、对高职学生的特点模糊不清、对实践技能等方面能力不足等问题,论述了提高高职院校青年教师职业能力的重要性和途径,是对高等职业院校教师人力资源规划和开发的初步探究。

With the accelerated development of higher vocational education and rapid expansion of higher vocational colleges, cul-tivating the professional capability of young teachers at higher vocational colleges has a great impact on the quality of vocational education and the future development of higher vocational col-leges. This paper explains the facts that young teachers know lit-tle about higher vocational education, teaching mode and teach-ing method, have a blur vision on the characteristics of students, and are lack of ability of practical skills, etc. based on the analy-sis of the components of young teachers＇ professional capability. It also illustrates the importance and means of improving the pro-fessional capability of young teachers at higher vocational col-leges, which is a preliminary research on the human resources planning and development at higher vocational colleges.
