摘要
目前大学生逃课、上课睡觉、玩手机、聊天等现象比较普遍。究其原因主要是学习动机不强和其他各种因素的影响。如何解决这些问题已成为大学老师关注的重点,本文从激励强化理论出发,探索这些问题的解决方法是可行的渠道。
Currently, it is a common phenomenon that university students play truant, sleep, play with cellphone and chat in class, which is mainly caused by their weak learning motivation and other factors. How to solve these problems has become the focus of university teachers. It is a feasible way to explore the solution to these problems starting from incentive and strengthening theory.
