“教育技术与技能训练”课程的实践与创新

The Practice and Innovation on Higher "Education Technical Skills Training" of Normal Students

随着现代教育技术的飞速发展,传统的教育技术技能课程已无法跟上时代的步伐,只有与时俱进,对课程进行改革与创新,才能切实培养高校师范生良好的职业技能,提高师范生在未来教学中运用教育技术的能力。本文结合教学实践经验,主要从完善实训设备的配置,提高实训教师的素质,改革课程的教学形式和教学内容三个方面展开论述,提出了课程改革的新方法。

With the rapid progress of modern educational tech-nology, the traditional educational technology and skills training have been unable to keep pace up with the times. Only through curriculum innovation, it can effectively train normal students＇ professional skills and enhance the utility of educational technol-ogy in their future teaching. Combining with teaching experience, this paper mainly discusses the aspects of perfecting experiment equipments configuration,improving teachersl quality and chang-ing teaching forms and contents, finally,proposes new approaches for curriculum reform and innovation.
