On Higher Vocational English Teaching in the Era of Big Data

社交网络、电子商务与移动通信把人类社会带入了一个以"PB"为单位的大数据时代。方兴未艾的大数据给社会学、经济学、政治学等领域带来了巨大变化。本文介绍了大数据在教育领域的应用,分析了大数据时代高职英语教学的特点,提出了相应的课程设计。

Social network, electronic commerce and mobile com-munication have brought the human society into an era of big data with＂PB＂ as its unit. The emerging Big Data has brought great changes in sociology, economics and politics. This paper intro-duced the application of big data in the education field, analyzed the characteristics of higher vocational English teaching in the era of big data, and proposed corresponding curriculum design.
