提高大学生英语口语能力对策探讨

Study on Teaching Strategies of Improving the Spoken English Ability of University Students

英语作为学习和交流的工具,在当代中国应用越来越广泛,对大学生而言,其口语交际能力的培养尤为重要。如今的大学英语教学,受应试教育的影响,仍旧把核心任务放在提高学生的阅读能力上,而忽视了对学生的综合应用能力例如课堂上口语交际能力的培养。学生在学习丰富语言知识的同时却很难在课堂上得到口语练习和交际的机会。本文提出旨在有效提高大学生口语交际能力的口语教学对策。

As a tool of learning and communication, English is used more and more widely in contemporary China, so it is par-ticularly important to cultivate the spoken English communicative ability of university students. Affected by the examination-ori-ented education, the current college English teaching still focuses on the improvement of students＇ reading ability, neglects the cul-tivation of students＇ comprehensive application ability, such as their spoken English communicative ability, in classroom teach-ing. While learning abundant language knowledge, students can hardly have access to spoken English practice and communica-tion. This paper proposes some effective teaching strategies, aim-ing at improving students＇ spoken English communicative ability.
