A Brief Analysis on the Relationship between Photography and Painting

After the advent of photography, it is found that pho-tography is strikingly similar to painting from the very beginning. Photography merely has a history of over one hundred years, while painting has a long history, but the theories summarized in the field of painting and its unique creation techniques have pro-vided much experience for photography. In order to improve their ability of photography creation, photographers learn and absorb experience in famous paintings and apply the performance mod-els of paintings to the field of photography, thus promoting the in-tegration of photography and painting.
