教育职能是工会的一项重要职能,搞好教职工思想政治教育,提高教职工的法治意识是高校工会工作的重要内容。高校教职工的法治意识现状迫切需要高校工会组织进一步转变观念、创新机制,加大工作力度,在提升教职工法治意识上有所作为。

The function of education is one of the important func-tions of trade unions, and the implementation of staffs＇ ideological and political education and the improvement of staffs＇ awareness of the rule of law are important parts of the trade union work in colleges and universities. Trade unions in colleges and universi-ties must transform idea, innovate mechanism, increase the in-tensity of work, and make a difference in improving staffs＇ con-sciousness of the rule of law.
