我国商业银行履行社会责任问题的思考——基于消费者权益保护角度

Reflections on the Fulfillment of Social Responsibility by Commercial Banks in China: From the Perspective of Maintaining Consumers' Rights and Interests

商业银行应当以履行社会责任为主导维护消费者权益。本文在从维护消费者权益角度对我国商业银行履行社会责任的必要性进行分析的基础上,着重从存在问题角度分析商业银行履行社会责任的现状,最后提出针对性的对策建议。

Commercial banks shall protect consumers＇ rights and interests as the leading to fulfill its social responsibility. On the basis of the analysis of the necessity of social responsibility from the perspective of maintaining consumers＇ rights and interests of our country commercial bank performance,this paper analyzes the present situation of the commercial banks to fulfill social respon-sibility. Finally, this paper puts forward corresponding counter-measures and suggestions.
