组合机身闭式压力机冲压成形时的振动分析 被引量:2

摘要 根据500 t组合机身闭式单点压力机的结构建立了三维模型并对各部分做了简要的介绍,运用ANSYS有限元软件分析了机身部分及滑块部分的等效刚度;根据压力机系统特征建立简化的振动模型,同时提出相应的振动计算方法;结合理论分析、压力机的系统参数和受力情况得到其固有频率,并且描述了振动幅值随激励频率的变化规律;根据计算结果可以看出激励频率接近固有频率时压力机的振幅会明显变大,从计算过程可以得到影响压力机振动的主要结构参数。综合分析表明,设计人员可以通过影响压力机振动的主要因素对其进行振动分析,为减振设计作出合理的优化方案。 The three-dimensional model was established and a brief introduction of each part was made according to the structure of 500 t straight single point press with combined frame, and the equivalent stiffness of body part and slider was analyzed by using ANSYS finite element software. A simplified vibration model was established according to the press system features, and corresponding vibration calculation method was put forward at the same time. Combining the theoretical analysis, system parameters and the force of the press, the natu- ral frequency was got, and the change of vibration amplitude with excitation frequency was stated. The calculation results show that when the excitation frequency is close to natural frequency, the amplitude of press will be larger, and based on the calculation process, the main structural parameters affecting the press vibration can be got. Comprehensive analysis shows that the designers can make vibration analysis through the main factors affecting the press vibration and make reasonable optimization scheme for vibration reduction.
