Design of automated tapping progressive die for pipe clamp fittings

摘要 通过分析管夹装配件的结构特点,对其原有冲压工艺进行了改进设计,将单工序模具改进为级进模,将冲压成形与螺纹攻丝集成为一体,实现了多工位级进模自动化生产。介绍了装配件的展开计算方法、模具中攻丝机构的设计、排样设计及主要结构设计要点,解决了小尺寸零件的冲压与攻丝工序"整合"在一起的难题。由原来分离的各攻丝工序改为一个多工位级进模工位,减少了机床和生产工人的数量,提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本。 According to the analysis of structural characteristics for pipe clamp fittings, the design for original stamping process was improved, namely, the single process die was improved to progressive die, the stamping and thread tapping were integrated as a whole, and finally the full automation production of muhi - position progressive die was realized. The expansion calculation methods of clamp fittings, tapping mechanism design, layout design and main structural design characteristics for die were introduced, which solved the problem of integration of stamping and tapping for small size parts. Due to that the separation of original tapping process became a workstation with multi-position progressive die, the number of machine tools and production workers are reduced, the production efficiency is improved and the production cost is reduced.
