摘要
针对宝钢2050热轧生产线上新型号支承辊,采用有限元仿真技术,以有限元模拟软件ABAQUS为平台,运用热-力耦合方法动态模拟各道次轧制过程,分析轧制过程中该支承辊的工作状态。分析认为支承辊辊身与工作辊辊身接触部位、支承辊辊颈与轴承接触部位及支承辊辊颈与辊身连接的部位是可能失效的主要部位,校核后结果表明,该支承辊在工作时是安全的。经过实验验证,仿真结果与实际生产数据比较吻合,仿真结果准确可靠。
For a new supporting applied in 2050 hot rolling, the each pass hot rolling process was simulated by using finite element simulation technology and fully coupled thermal-stress method based on FE Simulation sofware ABAQUS, in order to analyze the working state of supporting roll. The contact place between supporting roll barrel and working roll barrel, the contact place between supporting roll neck and bearing, the joint part between supporting roll neck and roll barrel are the mainly places where failure probably happens. The checked results show that the supporting roll is safe when working. It is verified by experiment that the simulation results very coincide with actual production data, and they are accurate and reliable.
