摘要 为满足动力电源系统在电池大容量、高比能量方面的需求,开发了大容量高比能量锂离子单体电池,通过材料选型、配方优化、电极加工工艺改进以及电池减重设计等方面的研究,制备了容量200 Ah,质量比能量达到220 Wh/kg的单体电池,该电池在常温循环性能、低温放电性能等方面均表现优异,并通过了过充电、过放电、短路等安全性能测试,显示了良好的安全性能。 A kind of lithium-ion cell with high capacity of 200 Ah and high specific energy of 200 Wh/kg was developed to meet the high capacity and specific energy requirements of power battery systems by researches on material selection, electrode formula optimization, electrode manufacturing process improvement and weight loss. The cell shows good cycle performance at room temperature and discharge capability at low temperature. A series of abuse tests were performed including external short circuit, over discharge and overcharge tests, showing good safety performance.
