摘要
通过恒流恒压充放电方法研究球磨工艺对LiFePO4电池性能的影响。并且运用扫描电镜(SEM)观察了经过球磨组和对比组的正极极片表面形貌,分析了球磨工艺对电池电化学性能影响的原因。结果表明,增加球磨工艺可以有效地改善浆料的分散性,提高电池的倍率和低温性能。
The influence of ball milling process on the performance of LiFeP04 battery was studied by CC-CV charge and discharge methods. The surface morphology of cathode plates of ball milling and contrast group was analyzed by SEM and the reason of ball milling process influcing electrochemical performance was studied. The results show that ball milling process can improve the dispersity of cathode slurry, the rate and low temperature performance of Li-ion batteries.
