摘要
探讨了电动汽车动力蓄电池均衡技术产生的必要性及技术实现的可行性,对现有的蓄电池均衡策略进行归纳总结。在深入对比分析的基础上,创新性地提出了控制策略简单、性能可靠、成本低廉的蓄电池并联充电均衡技术,并独特性地设计出蓄电池串并联转换装置,对不同荷电状态的五块VRLA蓄电池进行三次并联充电、串联放电实验。分析结果表明:蓄电池并联充电均衡技术在改善蓄电池电压的均衡性上具有可行性,并能够有效减小蓄电池组单体间内在特性的差异,从根本上延长串联蓄电池组的使用寿命。
The necessity and feasibility of electric vehicle battery equalization technology were discussed and existing battery equalization strategies were summarized. On the basis of comparative analysis, the battery parallel charging equalization technology was innovatively put forward, which has simple control strategy, reliable performance and low cost. The comparison experiments of parallel charging and sedes discharging for different SOCs of five valve regulated lead^cid (VRLA) batteries were performed for three times by battery series-parallel conversion device which was designed especially. The results validate the feasibility of the parallel charging equalization technology, improving the equalization of batteries voltage and reducing the difference of internal characteristics between cells to extend the cycle life of series batteries.
