含微网的智能配电网故障自愈技术的研究 被引量:4

摘要 配电网是整个电力系统与用户相连的网络,其故障将直接影响人们的日常生活和经济活动。因此,利用先进的传感测量与仿真分析技术,对电网的运行状态进行连续的在线监视与诊断,及时发现事故隐患并快速调整、消除事故隐患是分布式智能配电网安全运行的重要保障。研究了微网支持下的可自愈智能配网故障及自愈过程,提出了一种常用的自愈控制的框架体系。并在此基础上,提出了利用多Agent技术对配电网故障进行检测的方法。通过仿真表明,该方法可以方便、明确地确定出故障的位置,进而在不影响其他设备正常运行的情况下,快速、灵敏、有选择性地将故障设备可靠地切除。 Power distribution network is directly connected with the users in the whole system, whose failures will affect people's daily life and economic activities. Therefore, it is an important guarantee for distributed smart power distribution network safe operation to continuously online monitor and diagnose, timely detect accidents and quickly adjust to eliminate potential accidents by using advanced sensor measurement and simulation analysis technologies. The serf-healing smart power distribution network fault and the process supported by the micregrid were studied, and a common framework system for self-healing control was proposed. On this basis, the detection method of power distribution network fault was proposed using multi-Agent technology. The simulation shows that it can easily and clearly identify the location of fault, and the failure equipment will be rapidly, sensitively, selectively and reliably removed without affecting the normal operation of other equipments.
