新农村文化的考量:基于皖北S市乡村文化认同的实地考察

Considerations on Cultural Construction of the New Socialist Countryside: An Investigation Based on Cultural Identity of City S in Northern Anhui

农民的现代化程度直接决定着中国的现代化进程。近年来,中央加大农村文化建设力度,使农村文化环境有较大改善,但农民的文化消费却呈下降趋势。对皖北S市新农村文化建设的实地调查发现:新农村文化建设总体状况良好,但建设主体缺失现象严重;在现代性的冲击下,传统乡村文化认同正在解体。因此,未来的新农村文化建设应该大力发展新农村经济,让主体回归,同时培养农民的文化自觉意识,在传统与现代的有机融合发展中塑造现代乡村文化认同。

In recent years, the central authorities have strengthened the cultural construction in rural areas, which has made amarked improvement in rural cultural environment. But rural cultural consumption has kept going down. By the field survey in the construction of new socialist countryside culture in the City S in northern Anhui, the writer found: the general status quo is fine but construction subjects are seriously absent; traditional rural cultural identity is being disintegrated in the impact of modernity. Therefore, in the future construction of new socialist countryside culture, we should develop the rural economy vigorously and shift the focus back to itself.We also develop farmers' cultural awareness and build the modern rural cultural identity by means of organic fusion of the modern and traditional.
