摘要
响应面分析法研究了微波辅助萃取沙棘叶多糖工艺,4个变量分别是微波功率、萃取时间、液固比和萃取次数。统计分析表明,整体模型P<0.0001,表明该模型二次回归方程与多糖产率有高度显著性,模型的确定系数R^2=0.9648,表明该模型可解释96.48%实验数据。萃取优化条件为:萃取时间60 s,微波功率600 W,固液比1:60.4 g/mL及萃取次数2次。在此优化条件下,沙棘多糖的实际产率为14.95%,与模型预测值15.0%非常接近。
A microwave-assisted procedure for the extraction of water-soluble polysaccharides from hippophae rhamnoides L. leaves was investigated using response surfaee methodology (RSM). Four independent variables were microwave power, extraction time, and ratio of water to raw material, respectively. The statistical analysis indicated the value of P was less than 0.0001 for total model. The quadratic regression equation had highly significant effects on the yield of polysaccharide. The quadratic regression model showed the value of the determination coefficient (R^2) was 0.9648, which implied that 96.48 % of the variations could be explained by the fitted model. The optimized conditions were extraction time of 60 s, microwave power of 600 W, 1:60.4 g/mL of raw material to water, and twice of extraction times. At these optimum extraction parameters, the experimental yield of polysaccharides was 14.95 %, which was well matched with the predictive yield of 15.0 %.
