摘要
本文针对以醋酸仲丁酯和甲醇为原料进行酯交换合成仲丁醇的工艺过程,采用Aspenplus建立了反应精馏过程和仲丁醇分离提纯过程的稳态模型。在此基础上,利用Aspen dynamics进行动态模拟,并提出了4种控制方案。通过动态模拟分析各控制方案的动态响应。根据系统对扰动的适应能力,确定最佳控制策略,即SBAC和MEOH进料流量用比例控制器调节,使得进料醇酯比为2.5:1,并用灵敏板温度控制再沸器热负荷。
The reactive distillation dynamic control process for the synthesis of 2-butyl alcohol from sec-butyl acetate and methanol was studied. Based on Aspen plus software, the stead-state model of reactive distillation and the purification process of SBA were established. And four kinds of control scheme were proposed by using Aspen dynamics. According to the analysis of the performances of the different control strategies, the optimum control scheme was obtained, that is, a proportional controller is used to control the feed ratio of see-butyl acetate to methanol, and the temperature of sensitive plate of the columns are selected to control their reboiler duty, respectively.
