摘要
根据气相加氢工艺的相关特点,设计了主体为管式结构的气相加氢入口扩散器,通过侧开孔和分布板实现了气相介质的均匀分布,具有结构简单及安装方便的显著特点。在1 600mm固定床冷模试验塔中,对此入口扩散器结构参数对分配性能和压降的影响进行了测试,优选出了结构参数相对合理的气相加氢入口扩散器。试验结果表明,用于气相介质场合时,通过采用合理的入口扩散器结构参数,可以达到分配性能较好、压降较小的目的。
A gas-phase hydrogenation inlet diffuser was designed according to the characteristics of gas-phase hydrogenation process. The side holes and the distribution plate were adopted to make a uniform distribution of the gas-phase flow. The inlet diffuser, body of which is of tubular design, is simple in structure and easy in installation. The impact of the structure parameters of inlet diffuser on gas distribution performance and pressure drop were studied on a φ1 600 mm tower equipment in cold simulation experiment. The gas-phase hydrogenation inlet diffuser with optimized structure parameters was selected. The results indicate that, in the gas-phase flow service, the application of appropriate structure parameters will result in good distribution performance and low pressure drop.
