关黄柏的超临界CO_2萃取物成分分析及抗氧化活性研究 被引量:6

Study on Component Analysis and Antioxidant Activity of Extractions by Supercritical CO2 from Phellodendri Amurensis Cortex

摘要 目的分析关黄柏萃取物的化学成分并考察其体外抗氧化活性。方法采用超临界CO2萃取技术获得关黄柏萃取物,应用GC-MS分析其主要化学成分。利用邻苯三酚自氧化体系,考察萃取物对超氧自由基的清除能力。结果关黄柏萃取物得率为4.68%,主要有1,5-二甲基-1,5-环辛二烯(9.55%)、顺-1-醋酸基-7-癸烯(7.44%)、反,反-2,4-癸二烯醛(7.28%)等30个成分。该萃取物对超氧自由基有一定的清除作用,其IC50值为1.44 g·L-1。结论关黄柏超临界CO2萃取物的化学成分种类多,且有一定的抗氧化活性。 OBJECTIVE To analyze the main components and determine the in vitro antioxidant activity of volatile from Phellodendri Amurensis Cortex. METHODS The volatile was obtained from Phellodendri Amurensis Cortex by supercritical CO2 extraction technology, and analyzed the components by GC-MS. The scavenging activity on O2-1 free radical of volatile was assayed by the adjacent benzene three phenolic autoxidation system. RESULTS The extraction rate was 4.68% of volatile oil from Phellodendri Amurensis Cortex by supercritical CO2. Thirty components were iedentified from the volatile of Phellodendri Amurensis Cortex. The IC50 value of scavenging effects of the volatile oil on the O2-, free radica was 1.44 g·L-1. CONCLUSION The volatile from Phellodendri Amurensis Cortex by supercritical CO2 extraction technology has varied components and exhibites certain antioxidant activity.
