摘要
为了对罗勒的综合开发和应用提供借鉴和参考,综述了国内外近年来对罗勒的化学成分和影响罗勒抗氧化活性因素的研究进展,并对其研究和应用价值进行了展望。
Study on the chemical composition and factors influencing antioxidant activity of O.basilicum at home and abroad in recent years was reviewed,and its research and application value was forecasted to provide references for the comprehensive development and application of O.basilicum.
