人工饲料饲育烟夜蛾滞育蛹的耐寒性

摘要 为探究人工饲料对烟夜蛾滞育蛹耐寒性的影响,将人工饲料和烟叶分别饲养烟夜蛾幼虫,比较了烟夜蛾滞育蛹的过冷却点和结冰点、低温存活率、糖原及脂肪含量。结果表明,低温预处理条件下,2种饲料饲育的预蛹和3日龄蛹的过冷却点和结冰点无显著性差异,5日龄蛹差异达显著水平;两种饲料饲育的滞育蛹存活率无显著性差异;人工饲料饲养有助于预蛹期糖原的积累,而不利于预蛹期脂肪的贮备,3日龄和5日龄时,蛹体糖原和脂肪含量差异不显著。结论:试验所配人工饲料可以满足烟夜蛾滞育的需要,有助于提高滞育蛹的耐寒性,增强其对不良低温环境的适应能力。 Abstract: The super-cooling point, freezing point, survival rate, sugar content and fat content of diapause pupae of H. assulta larvae fed with artificial diet and natural diet respectively was compared to study the effect of different diet on cold tolerance of diapause pupae of H. assulta. The results showed that: 1)There were no differences in the super-cooling point and freezing point of pre-pupa and pupa with 3 d age of H. assulta larvae between artificial diet and natural diet treatment under pre-treatment of low temperature but there were significant differences in pupa with 5 d age of H. assulta larvae between artificial diet and natural diet treatment under pre-treatment of low temperature. 2) There was no significant difference in survival rate of diapause pupae between artificial diet and natural diet treatment; 3) The artificial diet was beneficial to glycogen accumulation of the pre-pupa but against fat reserve. 4) There were no significant differences in glycogen and fat content between pupae with 3 d age and 5 d age. In conclusion, the artificial diet can meet the diapause demand of H. assulta and increase their cold tolerance and adaptive capacity to low temperature environment.
