辣椒疫霉菌拮抗木霉菌株的分离与初步筛选 被引量:11

摘要 为了对辣椒疫病生物防治木霉菌剂的应用奠定基础,采用平板稀释法从5个土样中分离木霉菌,经对峙培养、幼苗拮抗试验考察了分离菌株性状和对辣椒疫病的抑制效果。结果表明:从5个土样分离出的69株木霉菌中,16株木霉菌对辣椒疫霉菌(Phytophthora capsici )的生长抑制率>50%,12株木霉菌对辣椒疫霉菌的防效达100%,各木霉菌株菌丝生长速率在1.86-2.50 cm/d,木霉菌菌丝生长速率与其对辣椒疫霉菌生长抑制率无显著相关性;木霉菌丝对辣椒疫霉菌丝有缠绕、分解作用。 To obtain antagonistic Trichoderma spp.strains to P .capsici,the plate dilution method was employed to isolate Trichoderma spp.from five soil samples and confrontation test and antagonistic test were conducted to screen antagonistic Trichoderma spp.strains to P .capsici.Results:69 strains of Trichoderma spp.were isolated from the five soil samples.There were 16 strains of Trichoderma spp., inhibition rates of which were more than 50% to P .capsici.The control effects of 12 strains were 100%. The growth rate was 1.86-2.50 cm/d,which had no significant correlation with the inhibition rate to P . capsici;Trichoderma spp.hypha has twining and decomposing effects on P .capsici.
